It's called Aernosine 5’-triphosphate. 

Adenosine 5’-triphosphate (ATP) is a molecule that plays a crucial role in cell metabolism and energy transfer. ATP is often referred to as the "energy currency" of the cell because it provides the energy needed for many cellular processes, such as muscle contraction, protein synthesis, and nerve impulse transmission.

ATP works by transferring a phosphate group to another molecule through a process called phosphorylation. The transfer of this phosphate group releases energy that can be used to power cellular processes. The phosphorylation process is carried out by special enzymes called kinases, which catalyze the transfer of the phosphate group from ATP to target molecules.

Once the phosphate group is transferred, ATP becomes adenosine diphosphate (ADP), with only two phosphate groups instead of three. The hydrolysis of the third phosphate group releases energy that is used to drive cellular processes.

ATP is constantly being used and recycled within cells to provide the energy needed for life-sustaining processes.
